- Essential Eligibility Criteria: Participants must be able to hike 5+ miles on uneven terrain. See full criteria on our website.
- Guide Shifts: Guides rotate in 8-hour shifts to ensure participant safety and support.
- Age Restrictions: Minimum age is 12. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
